Property Management

Our Property Management services extend to providing chefs for holiday rental tenants, whose services include menu planning and food shopping, thereby permitting holidays to be more relaxing especially for large parties; we also ensure that cycles and groceries are organized for our guest arrivals and will assist with temporary golf and social memberships at various clubs island wide. We take great pride in our longstanding and solid reputation as Property Managers and included in our management services we employ housekeepers, gardeners and various tradespersons who are required to carry out diverse projects. Our management responsibilities are facilitated by our full time handyman which assures an immediate response to any household repair or maintenance issue in properties under management. Our absentee landlords entrust substantial properties to our care and these homes are under our management year round which includes the payment of all local expenses generated by the properties.
